hello friends

Its been awhile, i finally was working 23 hours a week managed to save at towards my trip to America to visit my best friend Krista. . Michael not having steady work has been really stress ful to say the least . so if i don't get many hours then i know i can't help him out with the bills. BUMMER

On the craft front i have been making a little green bag which actually turned out amazing. it doesn't hold much but i think i have falling in love with the little green bag.

so i am reading as a man thinketh!

and i realise that most of what we are in now is of our own thinking ... bummer!!!!
i have focused my way out of situations before and know that it works. i know i have ,at night, sat in a quite room and visualize being slim to the point where i had lost 27 kgs and life got a lot easier . but the trick is to keep it up. and now 8 years down the track we are at a point where we are only just making ends met. so i have realised that i need to get back into the situation where i am visualising every night being slim flying over to LA to visit a dear friend , michael having a very well paid job.

i have stgart watercolour lessons from the internet. and i think i like them my first painting will be of three beautiful poppies though at this point one of them looks like it got a bit too much sun LOL!

well what ya know!

i was half way through my paperun this morning and what do you think i saw? a kangaroo jumping across the street . you see i don't see them a lot around where i live man it just made my day/morning just to it hoppin' just as easy as you please.

sorry it's been a while

sorry it's been a while. the paperun ... well... two drivers got the sack and so i hav been filling in 7 days a week and on saturdays i have been doing two runs and sundays two runs. the money is nice but the car doesn't like it and i got exhausted. finally had last friday off and it looks like another driver is going .. i got a bit of a promotion i am going to be doing the wrapping of the papers on a monday morning. the idea in long term is for me to do sunday , monday, tuesday , wednesday and have thrusday friday saturday ,,,yeah that sounds pretty good to me.

bridget broke her arm at tae kwondo and anthony has been doing scout camps left right and centre to qualify for the jamboree which is about thirty minutes drive from where mum and dad live so they want him to stay there after the jamboree.. we won't see him until late january..

i have been getting stuck into my water colours and i also made a quilt from cecily barkers faeries which i trully love

I went to the beading and quilting show today wow those quilters are an amazing bunch.
would have been really nice to go with someone but it was also nice to spend the day by myself.
bought heaps of beads for rosary beads. and some shirley barbers fairy material. to make pull string bags . couple of people i know on atcsforall.com are a bit down so I have made something small to cheer them up.

Discovered that there's a quilting show in the city this weekend so I have decided that I am going to go into Melbourne on my own. for the day. should be good I love quilts I want to learn how to do them one day. probably not until the kids have left home but I will learn one day.

hi everyone

had a really busy couple of weeks but I am only working one day this week , so I have a chance to catch my breath. Bridget and I went to Chadstone shoping centre yesterday and had a lovely day. I got some more lush soap and some facial scrub which I find leaves my skin feeling sooo soft , I ususally get really dry skin after washing it so usually i don't bother with any product. but this stuff angels on the skin (or something) it just really great and I also bought a drink bottle from smiggles and two romance novels and two papercraft mags. got a jumper and looked at some togs too(swimmers, bathers, cossies)had a really good day. oh yeah on the way home I popped into spotlight and got polymer clay( bright yellow ) to make buttons for my crocheted cardnigan I am making. and I also made a mushroom button which is huge but hey I just call it huge & not perfect.
